| Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
| You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is CT. | |

| When will my credit appear on my account? | |
| Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). | |
| When will my credit card be charged? | |
For most pedals, for example those that are in stock or that we manufacture, we collect the payment from your credit card the day after you place your order. Pedals in stock ship that same day. Pedals we build can take from a few days to weeks to complete, see the website for more info on specific build times.
For pedals that are back ordered and not in our control (for example Teese RMC wahs are often back ordered) we will not collect payment until we get them in, then we will collect and ship the same day. |
