This is THE ONE!!! February 9, 2020 Reviewer: Scott Erwin from California, MD United States   I was introduced to the world of fuzz through another germanium fuzz from a different, but very well known manufacturer.  I struggled and struggled to get to the sound in my head with that pedal but could never seem to get there.   I researched alternatives and found Analogman (thank goodness!).  After much reading and deliberation over transistor choices as well as discussions with Mike and his gang, I opted for a Sunface with "higher gain" RCA transistors hoping it would span the range all the way from "glassy strat clean up" to gnarly FUZZ!   The RCA Sunface ABSOLUTELY gets me there!  I was tempted to go with BC109B silicon to make sure I would get the dirty side I wanted but was afraid I'd lose the clean-up.  In the end I feel like I now have the best of all worlds!   This one simply does it all!  THANK YOU ANALOGMAN! Sun face with high gain RCA transistors November 21, 2019 Reviewer: Scott from Arizona   Just got it, but what a cool pedal. A variety of great usable fuzz tones in a single box.  Mine has the RCA Germanium high gain transistors, and I get the smoothness of germanium with the additional gain.   Makes me excited about fuzz again. New appreciation of the fuzz face October 13, 2019 Reviewer: Mike Sarafinas from Boston   I've never gotten along with the germanium fuzz face, though wanted to give it one last shot. I asked mike for some guidance on transistor types. He recommended two RCA trannies to help cut and reduce flub. He was dead on. This is unlike any fuzz face I've ever played and I've played a lot. I also own fuzz faces from some of the famous & expensive builders in the UK, and I have to say, this beats them all. Was this review helpful to you?

SUNFACE October 12, 2019 Reviewer: Bill Piersall from Naperville , IL United States   Just got my Sunface with the NKT 275 Red Dot Medium-Low gain germanium transistors. Was a little confused on which transistor to order. I'd seen That Pedal Show where Dan & Mick visited Analog Mike's shop. One of the pedals they tried was exactly what I was looking for. I emailed Mike and he helped steer me in the right direction. I absolutely love this pedal, cleans up beautifully and sounds crisp full up too. Great pedal! Was this review helpful to you?

Best pedal ever October 12, 2019 Reviewer: Javier N. from Colorado   I got the nkt red dot and holy crap. I can not describe how damn good this pedal sounds, I was just playing for hours straight when I got it and was surprised how good this pedal from the gods is. This is Hendrix in a box, it’s so transparent and harmonically rich. It also cleans up incredibly well, you can get close to tasty buttery overdrives to going absolutely crazy. Expensive but worth it! September 25, 2019 Reviewer: Ed Parker from UK   Recieved my NKT Red Dot Sunface after a small wait for UK customs to request extra cash from me. However... I have been dreaming of a fuzz face this good all my life and it didn't disappoint one bit. Straight out of the box, the tone I was after smacked me in the face. Ive never heard a fuzz clean up this well either. Beautiful is all I can say. I have tried and sold so many fuzzes over the years as nothing really did it for me. HYBRID RCA/NKT September 18, 2019 Reviewer: Nick from Ohio   I just wanted to follow up with you guys to let you know that this pedal is awesome!  I have never got along with Fuzz Pedals.  After watching That Pedal Show when the guys were at your shop, I decided to give fuzz another shot.  I am real glad I did.  The Sun Face gives me just the right amount of push, dirt and glass running a Strat through my Dr. Z amps.  By rolling off the guitar volume, I get the tone I was looking for but unable to get from all of those "transparent overdrives."  Anyway, thanks for the great pedal! Sunface LG January 14, 2019 Reviewer: jason murray from RI   Awesome pedal. Cleans up unbelievably well. Bring back guitar volume 3-4 clicks and it will be clean. In between 6-10 on my strat or sg I can go from clean to slightly hairy to full on. Stacks beautifully with overdrives and is nice and quiet. Was this review helpful to you?

Sun Face BC 183 December 22, 2018 Reviewer: Jesse from Denver CO   The BC 183 absolutely exceeded my expectations. The greatest silicon fuzz I have every played through, without a doubt. Mike is the fuzz guru of the world. This site of his has an incredible amount of information to be accessed on the subject of fuzz pedals. As if that were not enough, he also takes time to answer our countless questions via email.
