5 of 5 Mini Chorus May 16, 2020
Reviewer: Taylor from Birmingham, Alabama USA
This was my first AM pedal back in 2018. Mix knob is a nice feature for slight tone variation depending on what you run through it. I like to run 9v with OD for that extra crunch in the sound, but 12v with OD and clean tones keeps chorus nice and lush. Clean tone strat with a comp, pure bliss! Mike suggests 15v for cleanest sounds, which I haven't tried yet. Just ordered a second one with mix knob, but added the depth toggle and top jacks this time. I think a fine investment, but it's nice to have a back up. I see other pedals with many more tweaking options, but they sacrifice the core essence of what it's supposed to do. So now that I've played with the depth toggle on the thin setting, I notice I can get Ce-1 esque tones. Shortens delay time down to a flange type sound at certain settings. I love this chorus pedal. Thanks, Mike! Surely appreciate your work :)

5 of 5 A fantastic Chorus October 2, 2019
Reviewer: Marcus from Germany
This isn't my first A-man pedal and I was looking for a compact modulation pedal to go on my fly rig. I have been through all the pedals on the market and got rid of my CE-2 because there was too much gravy in it for my taste. My regular rig has a Deluxe Electric Mistress, which is very precious to me and has this subtle yet 3D sound and headroom for days. I got me the mini chorus w/ blend and mode switch. Mike suggested getting the switch because the thin mode can get into flanger territory / shorter delay. He knows his pedals so I'm glad I asked and got it. This  pedal sounds fantastic in every setting, from Leslie-like to subtle and every thing in between. Fantastic headroom. Great chime, bell-like sound in middle Strat position. This one will make it on my main rig in addition to the EHX and complete my fly rig. As always, it is extremely well built and looks really cool. The inside is really clean but also very full. If you want Chorus, get this one.

5 of 5 love it! August 17, 2018
Reviewer: Ian Hodges from Winnipeg, MB Canada
This chorus is PERFECT! 2 knobs, could not be simpler. Every sound that I want is right there, really easy to find. Basic chorus, Leslie effects, and a very gentle texture all available with minimal adjustments. No tone suck - a full warm signal path. I have used chorus pedals since the 80's, this is the best one I have ever played through. Cannot thank you enough - made me fall in love with chorus again!

5 of 5 Great Sounding Chorus January 12, 2018
Reviewer: Howard Wade from Oak Grove, OR United States
I received my new Chorus yesterday without a hitch. Thanks for the quick turnaround. I’ve been using guitar pedals since the golden age in the mid 70s. I’ve owned many of the classics. My favorite chorus was a Yamaha E1005 delay which I still have. My favorite that is until now. Your chorus sounds beautiful, chimey and rich at the same time.

5 of 5 I love mine. August 26, 2016
Reviewer: Ferdi from Germany from Paderborn, Nordrhein Westfalen Germany
I have the Mini Chorus with jacks on top (where they belong IMHO), with depth switch and mix knob.

If you are serious about chorus sounds, like for example early Landau, for very full and deeeep chorussing, try the depth switch in upper position. If you want to go the leslie route or are after Andy Summers sounds, use the lower setting. The switch really gives you the sound of three different chorus pedals in one.

I dial in most of the sounds by first deciding on a position for the depth knob, then settinmg the speed and depth knob around the center position and then set the mix knob to taste.

This afternoon a friend wanted to make me jealous with her original BOSS CE-1. I did not like the chorus sound better the one of my Mini Chorus, but I have to admit I liked its vibrato sound very much, I tried my Mini Chorus with the depth switch up and slightly turned up mix knob and came close!

The Mini Chorus is a very, very good chorus pedal.

5 of 5 Best sounding chorus on the planet August 5, 2016
Reviewer: Morten W from Norway
I've had the Analogman Mini Chorus for half a year now, and this thing is -never- leaving my pedalboard. Mine has the mix knob and toggle switch. Super versatile! I've had the BOSS CE-1, the CE-2, several different EHX Small Clones, the Red Witch Empress, and several others, but Analogman's chorus leaves them all in the dust. This thing is so musical. I've become a bigtime chorus user, now that I have this amazing pedal in my arsenal. Warm, liquid, lush, organic chorus sounds. Simply the best modulation pedal I can think of. And oh boy, I've had a lot of them. This thing absolutely rocks. Thanks Mike for running a class operation, and putting out these amazing boxes of pure musical joy.

5 of 5 I wish I had grabbed one of these years ago!!!! July 25, 2016
Reviewer: Judd from Australia
I've owned many chorus units over the years (since the late 80's) and even when chorus fell out of favor, I've kept the faith and a chorus pedal on my board :)

I hadn't pulled the trigger on an Analogman Chorus because (being honest):
1. They're rare and expensive in Australia.
2. I haven't been overly thrilled with any of the demo video's on YouTube etc.

I got one given to me (I have the best girls :) and am now wishing that I'd made the investment years ago.

This is the chorus of my dreams.  It's not 'metallic' or thin like so many chorus pedals.  If you want a  'thinner' chorus, you can set the toggle appropriately but even in the thin mod, the chorus still has a quality that is present and really adds to your sound.

I've only had this pedal for a week but let's be frank, it's a chorus right,  I've had enough of them over 30yrs to know exactly what I want from this type of effect and this is it.

Mike, you are THE man!!!!  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!

5 of 5 I'll never need another chorus! March 25, 2016
Reviewer: Jeff Boswell from Aiken, SC United States
After a brief hiatus I recently decided to re-introduce a chorus into my rig. I looked at most of the higher-end units but found them knob-heavy (after 35 years of playing where I don't want to "tweak", I just want to play. During my internet searches I came across the Analogman Mini. It looked like everything I really wanted in a chorus (read simplicity!), and the tone I heard in clips seemed to be in the ballpark. So I took a chance and ordered one - no options, no "extra" switches or knobs - just the bare bones, basic pedal. Plugging it in and setting the "Speed" at 10 o'clock and the "Depth" at 2 o'clock instantly produced the most thick, lush, organic founding chorus I believe I've ever experienced, to the point that I can even "feel" the effect while playing. I adjusted the knobs a little for fun, but quickly returned to my aforementioned settings. Kudos to Mike at Analogman for making what I believe is simply the best sounding (and simplest to use) chorus on the planet!

5 of 5 Best chorus yet! May 27, 2015
Reviewer: Joel Reed from Wilmington, NC United States
I've had an a analogman chorus for many years now. It's probably my oldest pedal. I had heard his new ones were even better and yes! While I had no problems with my old standard chorus, this new one is a mini chorus so, much smaller, yet it sounds even better. Clearer, more headroom so it's clearer with less distortion and compression than my old one. It's nice to see a company that keeps making things better rather than cheapening out like so many others pedal makers do, as time goes by.
